Frequently Asked Questions

The 1st batch of every new merchant account will take 1-2 days longer to be funded. Once the first deposit has been funded it will start being funded normally.

Depending on when you batch will determine when you get your deposits. If you close your batch after 4PM PST you will see your deposits the following business day. Example: If you close your batch Monday evening you will see funds Wednesday morning. Tuesday you will see Thursday morning.

Accounts are approved with transaction limits. These limits are not hard set you can process over the limits and the transaction can get approved. But please be aware to stay within processing limits for the first 60-90 days to ensure a healthy account. If it is mandatory for you to go over your limit please have invoices, bank statements, and supporting documentation ready just incase RISK might ask for it In to validate the transaction.

If you receive a chargeback letter you can forward to support@cashnetinc.com with supporting documents and we can file it for you.

Transaction limits you can find in your Welcome Email that was sent to you when your account got approved. You will see processing limits that the account was approved for.

Statements can be found in our IRIS CRM portal. Please Scan QR Code and open a ticket “IRIS PORTAL ACTIVATION” for us to create you a log in. You will find statements and transactions in this portal.
